Wer Sie sind

Min 5-6+ years of experience in backend development
Strong experience with Ruby on Rails (min 2-3 years working with it)
Fluent in English (C1) but STRONG PLUS if you also speak French
Good experience with developing APIs
Good usage of Git, Scrum flow
Strong pluses: PostgreSQL, CI/CD, previous team management, React, Vue.js, ElasticSearch, AWS, Salesforce

Ihre Aufgaben

Be the right hand of the CTO
Assist in the management of the remote teams and hiring of the new ones
Dedicate 30-40% of your time to hands-on coding in Ruby
Make strategic decisions with the CTO and manage several projects at the same time
Coordinating closely with the rest of the departments in understanding the needs, challenges, new needed features, etc.
