Wer Sie sind

  • Min 5-6+ years of experience in backend development
  • Strong experience with Ruby on Rails (min 2-3 years working with it)
  • Fluent in English (C1) but STRONG PLUS if you also speak French
  • Good experience with developing APIs
  • Good usage of Git, Scrum flow
  • Strong pluses: PostgreSQL, CI/CD, previous team management, React, Vue.js, ElasticSearch, AWS, Salesforce

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Be the right hand of the CTO
  • Assist in the management of the remote teams and hiring of the new ones
  • Dedicate 30-40% of your time to hands-on coding in Ruby
  • Make strategic decisions with the CTO and manage several projects at the same time
  • Coordinating closely with the rest of the departments in understanding the needs, challenges, new needed features, etc.
