What contract types can I recruit for?
Our clients are recruiting on TieTalent for permanent, try & hire and temporary positions.
Do you offer a guarantee period?
TieTalent offers a 90 days guarantee period during which if the candidates leave or you are not satisfied with him/her, we will reimburse you 100% of the fees.
How much do your services cost?
It will depend on the contract type as well as your fee preferences.
As an example TieTalent charges 9% of the yearly salary of the hired candidate on a permanent contract. For further fee explanations, please contact one of our TieTalent representatives.
What happens if you recommend a candidate who is already in process with us?
No worries, as stated in our general conditions if the candidate already applied in the past 12 months directly to the company, no fees will apply to you.
How much time should I count to recruit someone?
Once you have a recruitment need, TieTalent allows you to be in touch with your future employees within a few clicks.
The recruitment timing will then depend on your hiring policy, varying from a few hours to a few weeks.
Can I keep my recruitment need confidential?
Yes! No one will know you are recruiting except the candidates you contact.
How can you know what kind of profile would fit in my company?
Our experts, who have worked or are currently working in a similar type of company as yours, master the position you are recruiting for.

How do you proceed to select the candidates?
TieTalent gathers all type of candidates through a combination of word-of-mouth, online marketing & our referral program.
Once the candidate is accepted on TieTalent, he/she will be assigned to a specific expert whose expertise lies in the same position as the desired role.
The expert will then proceed by interviewing the candidate and deciding whether or not to recommend their profile for the position he/she aims to get. If recommended, the candidate will be accessible to companies looking for a similar profile.
Who are your experts?
TieTalent’s experts are dedicated, talented and experienced professionals. Their role is to interview candidates who are looking for a job in the same area of expertise as theirs.
During the interview, our expert will be able to discuss with the candidate about his/her motivation, experience and skills.
After the interview, our expert will specify whether or not they would recommend and hire the candidate for the specified position. If yes, companies who are looking to fill that specific position will be able to contact the candidate.
How can my company join TieTalent?
All you have to do is to click on the ‘Companies’ tab on the top-right, fill out the required boxes to sign up. Then simply login using your sign in details, complete the profile if anything is missing and you are ready to recruit!
