We are a leading homebuilder dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and building quality homes. The Internet Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in generating and maintaining a sales pipeline through internet‑generated leads, ensuring a “Tickled, Delighted, Happy” experience for customers throughout the sales process. Responsibilities
Capture and convert online customer inquiries into viable sales prospects. Provide prompt and effective communication via email, live chat, phone, and 1‑800 numbers. Maintain and update digital and community reference materials. Guide customers through the sales process, providing information on products, communities, financing options, and incentives. Manage an Internet customer database, including outreach for available homes and inventory. Coordinate with the Marketing team for electronic marketing distribution and maintain up‑to‑date product and community offerings. Attend sales meetings, community events, and training programs. Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends. Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in sales, with preference for telephone and real estate experience. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work independently. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; real estate license may be required for specific locations. Physical and site presence requirements: regular in‑person attendance at company communities/job sites and offices during regular hours; may require working more than eight hours per day in confined spaces, operating a motor vehicle, reading plans, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, moving and/or carrying equipment in excess of 50lb, and occasional operation of construction equipment. Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rate: $16.00 – $26.00 (adjusted based on qualifications, geographic differentials, and operational considerations). Possible eligibility for bonuses and commissions. Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision; 401(k) plan with company match up to 5%; paid parental leave; associate assistance plan; education assistance program; up to $30,000 in adoption assistance; three weeks of vacation annually; holiday, sick leave, and personal day policies; new‑hire referral bonus program; home purchase discounts; and Everyone’s Included Day.
