Training Pay and Earnings
Training Pay: $20 per hour for 2–6 weeks (no commission)
Average Annual Earning Potential After Training: $70,000 – $90,000+ (inclusive of base, bonus, and commission)
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver a premium client experience while driving personal sales performance.
Create inspired spaces with world‑class furniture and décor.
Curate luxury looks and earn commissions with no ceiling.
Support the store manager in leading, motivating, and developing the sales team.
Achieve or surpass store and individual sales goals, annual operating benchmarks, and personal objectives.
Promote the in‑home design program.
Champion and role‑model the selling process by overseeing interactions on the sales floor and evaluating team performance.
Provide coaching, training, and support to sales teams to improve techniques and overall performance.
Ensure staff deliver exceptional customer service and build long‑term relationships that enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
Recruit, train, and mentor staff to meet sales targets while fostering a positive work environment.
Ensure the store and team consistently reflect the company’s brand image, values, and customer experience standards.
Champion the delivery of a branded customer experience, ensuring product presentation and employee interactions align with brand guidelines.
Support company‑wide marketing initiatives and promotions.
Resolve customer concerns and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
Support planning and execution of sales promotion and events.
Collaborate with support teams to ensure flawless execution of operational excellence.
Ensure proper execution of all existing and new systems and administrative procedures.
Uphold brand visual standards in the store by ensuring cleanliness in employee and customer areas.

Compensation
Training Pay: $20.00 per hour for 2–6 weeks (no commission)
After Training: Base pay $26,000 per year + commission on written sales.
Commission: Uncapped commissions on written sales (1–6% on monthly sales based on achievement vs goal; commission percentage increases with higher performance).
Monthly bonus opportunity up to $1,500 based on achievement of store sales goals.
Minimum Requirements
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience: 1–3 years in a retail sales emphasis.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, financial understanding, interpersonal communication, analytical abilities, goal orientation, team management, and customer service.
Schedule: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
Preferred Requirements
Experience managing a retail environment with a strong focus on sales.
Strong business acumen.
Advanced interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
Physical Demands / Work Environment
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Repetitive hand motions, hearing, and listening.
Occasional sitting, walking, bending, and stooping.
Work within indoor environmental conditions.
Ability to pass a background and drug screen.
