Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead, develop, and expand our local and regional sales efforts. This role is ideal for a driven leader with a strong background in media, advertising, or B2B sales who thrives on building relationships and closing deals. Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, agencies, and regional advertisers Identify new business opportunities and key accounts Performance Goals & Incentives
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets (individual + team) Drive new business development, with a target percentage of revenue from new accounts Maintain high client retention and renewal rates Incentives tied to exceeding revenue quotas, landing key accounts, and sustained team performance Qualifications
3+ years of OOH (Out-of-Home) sales experience required Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities Competitive base salary + commission/bonus structure tied to performance goals Relocation assistance available for the right candidate Health benefits and paid time off Location Requirement
Candidates must be based in the Southern Illinois area or willing to relocate.
