Oak Point Partners is looking to hire entry-level candidates with a bachelor’s degree who are eager to launch their careers as a Business Analyst. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include but not limited to the following:
Corporate Research : Understand asset purchase agreements, conduct detailed corporate entity research investigating corporate structures and documenting key findings
Data Analysis : Analyze large datasets to identify and pursue revenue opportunities.
Process Optimization : Document and analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improved productivity and efficiency.
Technology Initiatives : Conduct user acceptance testing on new technology features and provide recommendations data-driven feedback to enhance system functionality.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, as well as an interest in data analysis
Motivated with a strong desire to learn new skills
Detail-oriented and ability to keep information organized
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products such as SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively present information to stakeholders at all levels
Naturally curious, with the ability to adapt and become a subject matter expert on various operational processes
Agile Skills: Adaptable and capable of working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Goal oriented with clear understanding of achieving SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Timebound) performance goals
Education/Experience/Certifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, economics, data analysis, or a related field
Strong academic record. 3.5 Undergraduate GPA or higher preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, utilizing computer equipment for extended periods.
Hours: This is a full-time, in-office role with the option to transition to a hybrid work schedule after a successful introductory period. Standard work hours are 8 AM – 6 PM, with occasional after-hours work required based on business needs.

Compensation and Benefits Annual salary range is $65,000 to $70,000, depending on prior work experience. Other Benefits include:

Oak Point has a hybrid work policy that is implemented at each group level. This role requires an in-office presence of at least two days each week in our Skokie, IL office.
