Consult with functional unit management and personnel to identify, define, and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access.
Act as a liaison between departmental end‑users, technical analysts, information technology analysts, and consultants in the analysis, design, configuration, testing, and maintenance of systems to ensure optimal operational performance.
Analyze the feasibility of, and develop requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensure the system design fits the needs of the users.
Monitor issue queue and resolve problems users have, create enhancement requests, and support requirements gathering for IT to implement.

Test, and support solutions across ERP systems (JD Edwards and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), ServiceNow ITSM, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
Map, document, and continuously improve end‑to‑end ERP process flows— including quote‑to‑cash (Q2C), procure‑to‑pay (P2P), plan‑to‑produce, and warehouse/inventory management—working closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders to ensure system configurations accurately reflect business rules and drive process efficiency.
Research and prepare reports, consolidating information into cohesive and understandable written deliverables for use in management decision‑making.
Participate in and lead user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality.
Develop training curriculum and conduct formal training sessions covering assigned systems and modules.
Minimal travel but as needed to support the locations.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience
Five or more years of business process analysis, major computer system implementations, or change management.
Five or more years of working with cross‑functional teams and enterprise‑wide programs, operating and influencing effectively across the organization and within complex contexts.
Extensive hands‑on experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms, preferably JD Edwards (JDE), and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including participation in implementations, upgrades, configurations, and day‑to‑day support. Must demonstrate deep understanding of end‑to‑end ERP‑driven business processes in a manufacturing environment, especially Q2C, P2P, and warehouse/inventory management.
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM (or a comparable IT service management platform), including incident, problem, change, and request management workflows. Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting, or workflow design is a strong plus.
Exposure to the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, including Azure services, Entra ID (Azure AD), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and SharePoint/Teams, and an understanding of how these components support business solutions.
Experience with automation technologies such as PowerAutomate, RPA, workflow automation, or scripting to reduce repetitive manual work.
Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and an understanding of how it can be applied to improve productivity and business processes.

Experience in process innovation and business process redesign is preferred.
Strong project management skills, including a demonstrated ability to deliver large business process change initiatives across the enterprise.
Excellent analytical, strategic, conceptual thinking, and consulting skills.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to business leaders, as well as business concepts to technologists.

Collaborative and approachable, comfortable working directly with end users on the shop floor, in the warehouse, and in the back office to observe work firsthand.
Takes ownership, follows through on commitments, and communicates proactively with stakeholders at all levels.
