Roles & Responsibilities - Provide rehabilitation services to individuals recovering from illness or injury. - Develop treatment plans tailored to the individual's needs. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. - Educate patients and their families about strategies for recovery and wellness. - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
