Texas professional license required ASHA CCC required Outpatient adult experience required (aphasia, dysphagia, cognitive-linguistic deficits) Minimum of 2 years' experience preferred At least 1 professional reference required for submission Experience with electronic documentation
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose speech-language disorders in adults. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for various language and swallowing disorders. Provide therapeutic interventions aimed at improving communication and swallowing abilities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Educate patients and their families about speech-language pathology services and strategies for improvement.
