Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Certification of clinical competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the relevant authority Valid, current, full, and unrestricted Speech-Language Pathology license Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification 2 years of experience as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services for patients with various disabilities. Assess and interpret evaluations and test results to determine treatment plans. Set realistic treatment goals and recommend adjustments based on patient progress. Document assessment and treatment outcomes in patient records. Instruct patients, families, and staff on therapeutic techniques and home programs. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
Compliance / Notes:
Orientation occurs every 2 weeks. COVID & flu exemptions may be accepted with a declination form. Housing application must be submitted 2 weeks prior to start.
