The primary objective is to secure a steady stream of referral business and formal service agreements that guarantee priority response and revenue generation.

Key responsibilities include:
- Negotiation and execution of formal service agreements.
- Securing Emergency Response Agreements (ERAs) for commercial clients and property managers.
- Securing placement on Preferred Vendor Programs (PVPs) in the insurance sector.
- Managing the entire sales pipeline and utilizing CRM software.
- Ongoing account management and client retention.
