Wij richten ons zowel op werving & selectie als interim bemiddeling en werken vanuit onze kantoren in Weert en flexibel kantoor in Eindhoven. Met een sterk netwerk van finance professionals en opdrachtgevers bedienen wij hen met name in Noord-Brabant, Gelderland en Limburg. Zo werken wij onder andere voor organisaties variërend van MKB tot aan beursgenoteerd, zoals Perfetti Van Melle, Boston Scientific, GEA, Darling Ingredients, Nyrstar en vele andere mooie bedrijven.
Door onze verdere groei en een mooie portefeuille aan opdrachtgevers zijn wij op zoek naar een Business Manager. Je hebt al ervaring binnen recruitment en bent toe aan een volgende stap, waarin je meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgt en écht het verschil kunt maken. Binnen deze rol is er ruimte om het gehele proces te managen, met de mogelijkheid om (deels of volledig) in een 360-graden rol te werken, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring, ambitie en voorkeur.
FunctionAls Business Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige proces (A–Z). Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
- Het voeren van inhoudelijke gesprekken met finance professionals en opdrachtgevers, voor zowel interim als vaste functies;
- Bezoeken van hiring managers (Finance Manager, Group Controller, Finance Director of CFO) voor het uitvoeren van job intakes;
- Genereren van new business door middel van acqusitie en actief uitbreiden van relaties;
- Werven en verbinden van professionals via verschillende kanalen, waaronder onze database, LinkedIn en vanuit ons datagedreven job marketing platform;
- Bewaken en coördineren van het proces van intake tot plaatsing en nazorg;
- Tijdens brainstormsessies lever je proactieve input en denk je mee over strategische verbeteringen binnen recruitment en daarbuiten.
- Een afgeronde HBO opleiding;
- Bij voorkeur tussen de 3-8 jaar ervaring binnen de arbeidsbemiddeling;
- Je bent energiek, pro actief en hebt een winnaarsmentaliteit;
- Je weet overzicht te houden en schakelt snel en effectief tussen uiteenlopende processen;
- Fulltime beschikbaar (32 uur is bespreekbaar).
- Salaris tussen de €3.500- €5.800,- per maand obv 40 uur;
- 25 vakantiedagen, leaseauto (+tankpas), Iphone en laptop;
- Bonusregeling;
- Pensioenregeling via ASR;
- Reiskosten vergoeding van €0,23 per km;
- Leuke en gezellige teamuitjes, zoals vorig jaar een trip met het hele team naar Estepona;
- Flexibele werktijden.
