About the Role:As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our company, meeting pre-qualified homeowners in their homes and presenting solutions that fit their vision. This role is ideal for candidates with proven in-home sales experience and a strong track record of closing deals. You'll use cutting-edge technology to design and sell high-quality bath and home improvement products.
Your Responsibilities:- Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
- Deliver pricing and close sales consistently on every appointment
- Participate in weekly sales training to sharpen your closing and presentation skills
- Design customized solutions for homeowners using our intuitive software
- Build relationships while driving results in a competitive, performance-based environment
- Proven experience in in-home sales (roofing, windows, bath, or similar industries)
- Track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Confidence and poise in presentations and public speaking
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Independent worker who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Outgoing, articulate, and personable personality
This is a 1099, commission-only position with unlimited earning potential. Your income is determined by your performance and experience, ideal for a motivated closer who wants a flexible schedule and high earning potential.
