What You’ll Do Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences that build enduring relationships internally and externally. Help customers look and feel their best by providing style advice based on their specific needs. Provide meaningful customer‑service experiences that promote product and build brand loyalty. Achieve sales and hospitality metrics in key measurable areas including clienteling/outreach, appointment setting and Talbots Classic Awards. Reinforce consistent selling and service standards through coaching, training and accountability. Prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities to meet the needs of customer, team and business. Balance operational and selling energy, ensuring proper planning, scheduling and prioritizing tasks. Maintain knowledge of business, competitive landscape, fashion trends and key drivers to identify opportunities that maximize sales and meet financial goals. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as local, state and federal employment laws. Develop and maintain positive working relationships that support a productive work environment.
