Responsibilities
Conduct daily monitoring of server systems, including review of system and application logs.
Improve automation processes through the creation and enhancement of PowerShell scripts.
Install and configure hardware, server operating systems, and supporting applications.
Participate in maintaining servers in the active directory domain environment.
Generate and maintain documentation of system configurations.
Provide input for planning and managing IT product and service development.
Stay updated with developments in new technologies and platforms.
Plan, implement, and monitor the integration of new technologies into the server systems as needed.
Assist in formulating IS policies, procedures, and performance management processes and measures.
Install, administer, and troubleshoot the organization's security solutions.
Update software with the latest security patches and ensure the proper defenses are present for each infrastructure resource.
Assist in resolving, documenting, and flagging any issues related to audits.
Qualifications
