Medical Imaging Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Box Elder, MT Now Hiring: Nuclear Medicine Technologist in Box Elder, Montana We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) to join our diagnostic imaging team in Box Elder, MT. In this full-time role, you'll play a key role in performing essential nuclear medicine procedures, administering radiopharmaceuticals, and collaborating with our healthcare team to deliver high-quality diagnostic care to our patients in a supportive and patient-focused environment. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals according to safety standards and regulations Operate nuclear imaging equipment such as gamma cameras and PET/CT scanners Perform a wide variety of nuclear medicine procedures, including cardiac, bone, thyroid, and renal imaging Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation Ensure adherence to radiation safety protocols and infection control procedures Educate and reassure patients during procedures to ensure comfort and understanding Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program Certification or certification-eligible through ARRT (N) and/or NMTCB BLS certification required Strong understanding of nuclear medicine imaging protocols, radiopharmaceuticals, and safety practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Prior experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply What We Offer:
