Key Responsibilities
Provide day‑to‑day administration, server configuration, and software upgrades for IIS and Windows Server environments.
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to integrate monthly security patches with minimal downtime.
Utilize system monitoring software like System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) to track infrastructure health and traffic peaks.
Support configuration control protocols ensuring all server adjustments align with strict government compliance changes.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years of experience in System Administration within enterprise environments.
Core Skills: Expert‑level familiarity with Internet Information Services (IIS), Windows 11/Windows Server platforms, and active directory structures.
Monitoring & Tooling: Experience with Microsoft SCOM, SharePoint administration, and automation scripting.
Clearance: Must be able to successfully pass an IRS High‑Risk Background Investigation and a 7‑panel federal workplace drug screening.
