Position Summary The Senior Systems Administrator serves as the Bank's primary hands-on technology leader, responsible for the administration, security, reliability, and continuous improvement of the Bank's technology infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be expected to personally administer systems, troubleshoot complex issues, lead technology projects, coordinate vendors, support cybersecurity initiatives, and help ensure the Bank's technology environment remains secure, scalable, and compliant.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing technology strategy with executive leadership, supporting an OCC examination, configuring Microsoft 365 security policies, or troubleshooting a network issue.
This role is expected to become a key member of the Bank's leadership team and will play a significant role in shaping the future of technology at New Horizon Bank.
