En tant que technicien·ne en téléphonie chez Interconnexions LD, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la mise en œuvre, le soutien et l’évolution des systèmes de communication de nos clients. Vous interviendrez autant sur le terrain qu’à distance pour assurer l’installation, la maintenance et le bon fonctionnement des solutions de téléphonie VoIP, Microsoft Teams et traditionnelles.
Votre expertise contribuera directement à la qualité des services offerts à notre clientèle, à la stabilité des environnements de télécommunication et à l’innovation technologique continue de notre entreprise. Vous ferez partie intégrante d’une équipe dynamique qui valorise l’autonomie, l’initiative et le professionnalisme.
Responsabilités principales- Réaliser des installations, mises en service et dépannages chez les clients.
- Participer aux projets de migration ou d’intégration vers des solutions cloud ou hybrides.
- Assurer le diagnostic et la résolution des problèmes sur site ou à distance.
- Gérer le câblage téléphonique (BIX, RJ11, RJ45), incluant l’identification, le repérage, la terminaison et les tests.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes et les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins et offrir des solutions adaptées.
- Documenter les interventions et mettre à jour les bases de données techniques et administratives.
- Effectuer des tests pour garantir la qualité et la fiabilité des installations.
- Offrir un support technique aux clients sur site ou à distance.
- Se tenir à jour sur les nouveautés en matière de technologies et de téléphonie.
- Expérience pertinente dans un poste similaire (3 ans minimum).
- Excellente compréhension des systèmes VoIP (SIP, PBX, IPBX, routage, etc.)
- Expérience avec des plateformes telles que Yeastar, 3CX, FreePBX, Asterisk ou autres solutions VoIP similaires.
- Connaissance de Microsoft Teams Phone System ou de l’environnement Microsoft 365 (un atout important).
- Connaissance des protocoles réseaux (TCP/IP, VLAN, etc.) et des équipements réseau (un atout important).
- Maîtrise du câblage téléphonique (BIX, terminaison, tests de lignes et de câbles).
- Excellentes compétences en diagnostic et résolution de problèmes.
- Bonne maîtrise du français parlé et écrit
- Anglais fonctionnel (atout) pour :
- Communiquer avec des clients ou partenaires anglophones
- Collaborer avec des fournisseurs ou équipes situés à l’extérieur du Québec
- Permis de conduire valide requis.
- Autonomie, sens de l’initiative, rigueur et sens de l’organisation.
- Passion pour les technologies, aisance avec les technologies émergentes et désir de progresser continuellement.
- Orienté client avec un bon esprit d’équipe.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches en parallèle et à travailler sous pression.
- Aptitude à représenter positivement l’image de l’entreprise lors d’interventions chez les clients et de suivre les procédures de l’organisation.
