- Verantwortung für die Verwaltung und Steuerung des gesamten Lebenszyklus von IT-Assets
- Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung eines gruppenweiten IT Asset Management Prozesses
- Sicherstellung einer transparenten und aktuellen Asset-Dokumentation über alle relevanten Standorte hinweg
- Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität in der CMDB
- Definition und Überwachung von Standards für Erfassung, Klassifizierung, Zuordnung und Ausmusterung von IT-Assets
- Verwaltung und Optimierung von Softwarelizenzen, Lizenzverträgen und Wartungsvereinbarungen zur Identifikation von Einspar- und Optimierungspotenzialen
- Sicherstellung der Lizenz-Compliance sowie Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei internen und externen Software-Audits
- Planung und Steuerung des gesamten Lebenszyklus von Client-Hardware, mobilen Geräten und Peripheriegeräten
- Unterstützung bei Beschaffung, Rollout, Rückgabe, Wiederverwendung und Entsorgung von IT-Assets in Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen
- Mitwirkung bei der Auswahl, Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von IT Asset Managementtools
- Erstellung von Berichten, Kennzahlen und Management-Dashboards zur Steuerung von Beständen, Kosten, Risiken und Compliance
- Unterstützung der IT-Budgetplanung und des IT-Controllings durch belastbare Daten zu Assets, Verträgen und Lizenzbedarfen
- Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Richtlinien, Prozessen und Kontrollmechanismen im IT Asset Management
- Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Einkauf, Finance, Legal, Informationssicherheit und den operativen IT-Teams
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt IT, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT Asset Management, Software Asset Management oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion
- Gute Kenntnisse von Software-Lizenzmodellen, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Microsoft
- Erfahrung mit gängigen Asset Management Tools
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Level), gute Englischkenntnisse
- Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung mit internationalen Unternehmensstrukturen von Vorteil
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse in den Bereichen IT-Governance, Compliance und Audits sowie Erfahrung mit ITSM Lösungen

Neben all den genannten Benefits ist es uns wichtig, ein attraktives Vergütungspaket anzubieten. Das Jahresentgelt beträgt auf Basis der definierten Anforderungen mindestens € 50.000,00 brutto.
Dein individuelles Vergütungspaket wird entsprechend deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung gestaltet. Gemeinsam mit dir legen wir in persönlichen Gesprächen eine maßgeschneiderte Vereinbarung fest.
