Job Description This position ensures operational data is fit for purpose, defines controls, and monitors processes in adherence to enterprise data management standards. The role triages and remediates data incidents, performs data analysis, trains new users, and conducts impact analysis stemming from data updates. Core responsibilities include defining access and ownership of data by domain, conducting quality control, and overseeing data maintenance.
Responsibilities
Ensures data is accurate, complete, and fit for performing data analyses through various testing procedures and data controls.
Develops and executes Enterprise Data Management policies and standards, working across teams to ensure adherence and serving as a key point of contact for all topics related to data compliance.
Manages data‑related incidents, communicating and resolving or escalating issues as needed.
Develops, manages, and executes on controls, ensuring tracking, monitoring, and resolution of any control breaches with the data platform.
Partners with business and technology functions to drive the development of business and functional requirements documents and ensures strategic upstream resolution for data‑related incidents.
Manages current state assessment of legacy data across systems with an eye towards migration to the strategic target state.
Performs attribute reconciliations for secured funding positions across multiple platforms and products.
Works with Treasury business lines to support ongoing initiatives and ad‑hoc research requests.
Tests new data populations as they are added to the reporting database.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience in data analysis, testing data integrity, and implementing controls.
History working with Global Market or Corporate Treasury platforms.
Working knowledge of Secured Financing (Repo, Reverse Repo, Stock Loan, Stock Borrow), global markets funding, or Corporate Treasury security financing.
Advanced Excel or SQL skills.
Ability to understand and explain P&L movements and substantiate data to the Balance Sheet / General Ledger.
Experience with providing reporting for regulatory reporting, senior‑level management reporting, or similar reporting.
Innovative team player who can generate new and creative ideas to complex problems.
Desired Qualifications

Pay $85,600.00 - $130,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible.
