You will operate from a stunning, hyper-modern headquarters in the heart of Brussels.Wanted: The ultimate organizational anchor in the heart of Brussels!For a major Belgian player undergoing a major transformation, we are seeking a trilingual, stress-resistant Executive Assistant to support the Chief Commercial Officer. Are you a proactive planner who brings structure to a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and are you immediately available? This is your perfect match!

As Executive Assistant, you will act as the strategic sparring partner and the rock of stability for an ambitious CCO who moves and switches gears rapidly. This high-profile C-level Executive bursts with commercial ideas, meaning no two days will ever be the same. Immediate availability is required so you can step in and take the reins from day one.

  • Calendar Maestro & Gatekeeper: You manage a complex, rapidly changing calendar. You seamlessly anticipate priorities and ensure the CCO can stay focused on what truly matters.
  • Active Boardroom Partner: You sit at the table during crucial meetings. You don’t just listen; you capture the essence—drafting minutes, synthesizing reports, and extracting key action points.
  • Guardian of Execution: An action item is only complete when it is effectively delivered. You meticulously track deadlines with internal stakeholders, monitoring progress with a diplomatic yet firm rigueur.
  • Ad-hoc Projects: Large-scale transformations bring unexpected projects. You proactively pick up signals and take the initiative to bring structure before being asked.

Profiel kandidaat

To be successful in this role, you bring a unique blend of structure, flexibility, and a readiness to hit the ground running.

  • Availability: You are immediately / at very short notice available to take on this challenge.
  • Trilingual Skills (Dutch / French / English): You communicate flawlessly, professionally, and naturally in all three languages, both spoken and written. This is essential for navigating the corporate landscape and board-level communications.
  • Structure & Rigueur: Where others see chaos, you create order. You work with high precision and never lose sight of the details.
  • Stress-Resistant & Agile: Major organizational transformations and a CCO with a strong personality who pivots quickly? This doesn't deter you; it energizes you. You remain calm and flexible under pressure.
  • Proactive Self-Starter: You don’t wait for work to come to you. You think three steps ahead and spot opportunities to add value.
  • Flexible Team Player: You enjoy the autonomy of working from home (2 to 3 days/week), but you are flexible enough to be at the office whenever the business or the CCO needs your physical presence.
