Role focus: Provide desktop support by applying professional business and technical concepts to resolve hardware, software, and networking issues of moderate scope and complexity for a broad range of applications. Work within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Responsibilities Provide desktop and laptop hardware, software, and peripheral support. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networking for a broad range of applications. Install software and hardware as required; communicate effectively with customers and team members. Qualifications Previous experience troubleshooting and supporting desktop and laptop devices, and accessories/peripherals. Previous experience installing software and hardware. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English. Compensation and Benefits $28.58/hour (within the range of $28.58/hour - $30.94/hour).
