Eaton’s North American Sales Division is currently seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to join its team. This hybrid position is located in Moon Township, PA and offers exposure to sales operations through reporting, analytics, and coordination activities while supporting a District Sales team. Expected annual salary range: $47,000 - $69,000 per year. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications as well as market and business considerations. What you'll do Provide diversified administrative support, analysis, and statistical assistance for the District Sales team. Create management reports from SAP, Salesforce, Qlikview, Oracle, pricing system, and other business systems. Compile, interpret, edit, and distribute reports for the sales team. Maintain departmental files for critical communications, contracts, legal documents, and other documents. Develop and distribute monthly reports, including orders, sales, backlog, and other required data. Prepare and create performance reports for ongoing evaluation and discussion with the district sales team. Coordinate group meetings, logistics, location, event and meeting planning activities. Coordinate logistics and schedules for customer and leadership visits. Coordinate Teams meetings including training, management calls and customer conferences. Coordinate trade show related activities including logistics, booth support, lead management, etc. Create and process check requests through SAP. Maintain mailing and email distribution lists. Maintain department report archives including representative and distributor agreement files and associated information. Manage expense reports in Concur. Monitor and track sales office spending budgets. Interact with other business units as required to support sales activities. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution. Minimum one (1) year of relevant work experience. Candidate must currently reside within 50 miles of Moon Township, PA (active‑Duty military service members are exempt from this limitation). No relocation assistance will be provided. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; prior experience supporting senior business leaders; one (1) year of experience in an administrative role. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional presence. Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP. Ability to anticipate needs and work ahead without instruction. Demonstrated dependability, integrity, trust, and ability to handle confidential information. Excellent organizational skills to handle increasing workloads and flexibility to adapt to special circumstances and needs.
