Contracts Manager Dublin eir business talent are currently partnering with a leading Main Contractor to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager for major build long term projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected contractor delivering high-value commercial, pharma, healthcare, education, and large-scale build projects, with a strong pipeline of work across Ireland.
The Role Reporting to the Operations Director, you will take responsibility for overseeing multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery on programme, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
You will play a key role in leading project teams, coordinating stakeholders, and driving performance across all aspects of project delivery.
Why Apply Very competitive salary/package €100,000 €125,000 Company Vehicle & Fuel Card Pension Expenses Opportunity to work with a leading Main Contractor Strong pipeline of long term projects Nationwide Clear career progression opportunities Requirements Degree qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related discipline 810+ years experience in construction, with 35 years in a senior Project Manager or Contracts Manager role Proven track record delivering large-scale projects across sectors (pharma, healthcare, education, commercial, retail) Strong knowledge of Irish construction practices, building regulations, and industry standards Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong experience in construction programming using MS Project, Primavera, or similar Strong commercial awareness with the ability to monitor budgets and financial performance Experience working with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and statutory authorities Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and best practices Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills Full clean driving licence For a confidential discussion, contact David Kavanagh at eir business talent.
