- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent hands-on experience in high-volume manufacturing, automation, and engineering leadership will be considered in lieu of a degree
- 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering, maintenance, and automation within high-volume production environments
- Proven leadership experience managing: Maintenance, Equipment/Manufacturing Engineering, Controls Engineering
- Strong background in: PLC systems (Allen-Bradley preferred), Robotics, Automated production systems, Equipment commissioning and production ramp, Preventive maintenance program development, Downtime reduction and reliability improvement
- Experience with: Root cause analysis (RCA), Continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Strong working knowledge of: Electrical systems and diagnostics, Mechanical systems and fabrication
Pay Transparency
Chemelex's pay scale is based on the expected range of compensation for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range: $126,000 - $234,000
Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation.
