Corporate Receptionist Temporary Contract Dublin 2 | 46 weeks | 4 days per week (MondayThursday) We are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join a busy and professional front-of-house team based in Dublin 2.

This is a short-term opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and takes pride in delivering a polished, high-quality reception service.
The role would suit candidates with approximately 6-12 months experience in reception or front-of-house roles.
Shift Patterns 8:30am 4:45pm 9:45am 6:00pm About the Role You will be the first point of contact for the organisation, ensuring a seamless and professional front-of-house experience.
This is a busy and varied position requiring strong communication skills, efficiency, and the ability to remain composed in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities Managing a busy switchboard and handling a high volume of incoming calls on a daily basis Professionally screening, transferring, and prioritising calls in a timely manner Delivering an excellent standard of customer service to visitors, clients, and internal stakeholders Welcoming guests and coordinating all reception activity in a polished and organised manner Maintaining a tidy, professional, and well-presented reception area at all times Providing general administrative and office support as required About You 612 months experience in a corporate reception or front-of-house role Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional, calm, and well-presented approach Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy office environment and consistently delivering a high standard of service.
