The Role
Mrs. Fields Gifting and Licensing, LLC is seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Inside B2B Sales and Gifting Manager to grow our corporate gifting, bulk order, and business-to-business sales channel. This role is responsible for generating net-new business, expanding existing customer relationships, reactivating dormant accounts, and managing opportunities from lead generation through order execution.
This is a hands-on inside sales role designed for a strong seller who can prospect, quote, close, and grow accounts while delivering a premium customer experience consistent with the Mrs. Fields brand. The ideal candidate combines outbound selling ability with strong organization, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development and Pipeline Growth • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of B2B prospects through outbound calls, email outreach, referrals, inbound lead follow-up, trade events, and market research. • Identify and develop new corporate gifting opportunities across key use cases such as employee appreciation, client gifts, holiday programs, onboarding, promotions, meetings, and events. • Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and recommend gifting solutions that align with budget, timing, and branding objectives. • Prepare proposals, pricing, and sales presentations that convert prospects into customers.
Account Management and Revenue Growth • Manage a portfolio of active accounts and grow revenue through repeat business, seasonal outreach, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities. • Reactivate dormant customers and reestablish purchasing relationships. • Serve as a responsive, consultative point of contact for customers throughout the sales cycle. • Maintain strong working relationships with partner retailers and other high-volume customers where applicable.
Sales Execution and Operations • Quote pricing, explain credit terms, prepare sales orders, and ensure accurate handoff for fulfillment. • Maintain current knowledge of product assortment, promotions, seasonal offerings, and customization options across B2B and B2C channels. • Track pipeline, account activity, revenue, and forecasts in CRM and related sales systems. • Help maintain accurate reporting on business transactions, customer activity, and sales performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with Marketing and Creative on lead generation campaigns, collateral, seasonal programs, and customer-facing materials. • Work closely with Customer Service, Operations, E-commerce, and Production teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. • Escalate and resolve order, artwork, service, and delivery issues with urgency and professionalism. • Provide customer and market feedback to improve processes, campaigns, and product positioning.
Brand Representation • Uphold Mrs. Fields' quality standards and brand expectations in every customer interaction. • Support peak holiday sales periods with a strong sense of urgency, responsiveness, and execution.
Qualifications • 4-6+ years of successful experience in inside sales, B2B sales, corporate gifting, food gifting, specialty retail, consumer goods, or a related environment. • Proven ability to generate net-new business through outbound prospecting and lead conversion. • Strong account-management skills with experience growing repeat and seasonal business. • Comfortable managing multiple opportunities and deadlines in a fast-paced, highly seasonal environment. • Strong verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. • Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. • Experience in food gifting, e-commerce, or consumer products preferred. • Private-equity-backed business experience is helpful but not required.

Physical and Work Requirements • Ability to work in a professional office environment or comparable business setting. • Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods and regularly use a computer and phone. • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. • Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings, trade events, and business development opportunities.
