Statut : Temps plein (40 heures/semaine) – Contrat de durée variable
Le poste :
Nous recherchons des Agents d'intervention passionnés et engagés pour combler des mandats de relève de personnel dans nos établissements partenaires (CISSS/CIUSSS) en régions éloignées. L'Agent d'intervention assure la sécurité, l'encadrement et l'éducation des usagers, notamment auprès des clientèles avec troubles de comportement graves, déficience intellectuelle (DI), ou trouble du spectre de l'autisme (TSA) .
Principales responsabilités :
- Assurer l'application des programmes d'intervention individualisés et des plans de sécurité établis .
- Utiliser des techniques d'éducation et d'encadrement en organisant et en animant des activités quotidiennes.
- Observer et analyser le comportement des usagers pour contribuer à l'évaluation de leurs besoins .
- Rédiger les rapports d'observation et les documents d'évolution appropriés.
- Expérience : Posséder au moins une (1) année d'expérience significative à titre d'agent d'intervention ou dans un rôle d'encadrement similaire.
- Formation :
- Certificat de Bonnes Pratiques en Sécurité (BSP) obligatoire .
- Attestation de formation en Intervention en Techniques de Crise et Agression (ITCA) ou OMEGA obligatoire . 2 3 4
- Certifications additionnelles (Atouts/Requis pour préqualification) :
- Certification RCR (Réanimation Cardio-Respiratoire) obligatoire .
- Certification PDSP (Principes de Déplacement Sécuritaire des PAA) (un atout) .
- Logistique :
- Posséder un permis de conduire valide (obligatoire) .
- Posséder une voiture fiable (requise) pour se rendre sur le lieu de travail et assurer les déplacements si nécessaire . 2 3
- Rémunération compétitive : Salaire horaire concurrentiel pouvant débuter à 25,00 $ et plus, selon l'expérience et le mandat.
- Allocation quotidienne (Per Diem) : Possibilité d'une allocation journalière (ex. : 50 $ par quart régulier travaillé)
- Hébergement : Hébergement fourni ou proposé à l'interne par le CISSS/CIUSSS partenaire .
- Déplacements : Remboursement des frais de déplacement (kilométrage) pour les trajets aller-retour au début et à la fin du contrat et un aller-retour mensuel
