About the Position HP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire an HP Retail Sales Associate in your area. In this role you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the HP brand and products in local big‑box retailers. You will demonstrate products, tailor demonstrations to customer needs, build rapport with customers, and maintain professional relationships with store management and staff.
Day in the Life
Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy
Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience
Maintain professional relationships with management and staff within the assigned store
Train retail store associates on HP products and services
Maintain displays for cleanliness and demo readiness
Report competitive insights to Retail Operations

Responsibilities
Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, or event environments
Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees
Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
Welcome customers courteously and offer assistance
Escort customers to displays, assess needs, and suggest fitting products
Provide information on products and services
Help customers build confidence in product selection
Accurately document and report sales
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations
Keep work station/kiosk clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Submit all paperwork completely and accurately
Performance Measurements
Regular and prompt attendance
Meet established monthly/weekly sales quotas
Customer satisfaction measured by rejection and complaint rates
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience
Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
1‑year job experience required
