Partnerships between Adecco and our local Customers always give great benefits! While working as a QA Trainer for Adecco at our local Customer, you will earn $18.50/hour and receive a weekly paycheck.
Primary responsibilities include:
Conduct talent assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs within the Quality Assurance (QA) team.
Facilitate training sessions through coaching, workshops, job shadowing, mentoring, and onboarding activities.
Perform audits to evaluate employee knowledge, document performance gaps, and communicate findings to team members.
Collaborate with leadership and team members to improve training programs while ensuring compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety standards, and ISO requirements.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in training, quality assurance, manufacturing, warehouse operations, or a related field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, email systems, and management information systems (MIS).
Strong communication, organizational, customer service, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and lift up to 60 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequently.
Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the scheduled shift.

Pay Details:
$18.50 per hour
