Role Summary The IT Project Manager leads technology initiatives that support Comprehensive Healthcare's mission of delivering exceptional behavioral healthcare services. This role oversees the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT projects while collaborating with cross‑functional teams, leadership, and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and deliver multiple IT projects from initiation through completion while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies. Lead the implementation of enterprise technology solutions, including ERP systems and Electronic Health Record (EHR) initiatives. Coordinate project activities across Information Systems, clinical departments, operations, finance, and executive leadership. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. Serve as the primary point of communication between stakeholders, leadership, vendors, and project teams. Facilitate project meetings, provide regular status updates, and ensure stakeholders remain informed throughout each phase of implementation. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruption and maintain project success. Create, maintain, and organize project documentation, including project plans, timelines, status reports, meeting notes, and risk management documentation. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure system implementations align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and operational needs. Support organizational change management efforts by coordinating communication, training, and adoption strategies for new technologies. Continuously evaluate project performance and recommend process improvements that strengthen project delivery and organizational effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of education. Previous experience managing Information Technology projects required. Experience implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems preferred. Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems or healthcare technology projects preferred. Certification in Project Management (PMP), Agile, Scrum, or Change Management is preferred. Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Experience using project management software and collaboration tools. Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines. Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities. Valid driver's license and vehicle liability insurance required. Additional Requirements Occasional travel between agency locations is required to support project implementation and collaboration with internal teams.
