IT Project Manager
Location: Brownsville, Wisconsin
What's the Job?
Lead large and complex IT projects from initiation through delivery and closeout, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery timelines across multiple workstreams. Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure project objectives are met efficiently. Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Provide clear project status reports and dashboards to leadership, supporting informed decision-making. What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5 to 8 years of experience leading IT projects through full lifecycle delivery. Proven ability to demonstrate strong project management skills and drive project success. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and senior leadership. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks. What's in it for me?
