Bist du unser neues Teammitglied, welches uns als Sous-Chef:in per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung unterstützt?
Du arbeitest an 5 Tagen pro Woche in einem 100% Pensum zwischen Montag und Sonntag ohne Verpflegungskostenabzug und ohne Zimmerstunde.
- Unterstützung bei der Führung und Organisation des gesamten Küchenbereichs in Kooperation mit dem Küchenchef:
- Eigenverantwortliche Produktion und Umsetzung von Banketten und Events in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchenchef und der Eventleitung
- Sicherstellung der hochstehenden Qualität der Speisen
- Produktion der Speisen auf dem zugeteilten Posten
- Mithilfe bei der monatlichen Inventur sowie im Bestellwesen
- Erledigung von verschiedenen administrativen Aufgaben (Daily Cost Control, Lieferschein- und Rechnungskontrolle etc.)
- Stellvertretung des Küchenchef: bei Abwesenheiten
- Erledigung von allgemeinen Aufräum- und Reinigungsarbeiten
- Sicherstellung der ZFV-Qualitäts- und Dienstleistungsstandards
- Umsetzung und Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards und ZFV-Richtlinien (Hygiene- und Arbeitssicherheit, Dienstleistung etc.)
- Durchführung von Briefings und Debriefings in Absprache mit dem Küchenchef:
- Förderung der Teambildung
- Teilnahme an Team- und Kadermeetings
