Accountabilities
Statistical Process Control (SPC) data analytics: analysing SPC system data to identify trends, perform root‑cause analysis, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Inspection equipment maintenance: performing basic troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.
Quality decision‑making: making informed decisions on releasing or holding products for inspection during shifts.
Collaboration with production teams: working closely with production teams to implement control plans and address quality issues effectively.
Food safety compliance: ensuring adherence to food safety standards and certifications, and coordinating food safety audits and inspections.
Product quality assurance: conducting rigorous inspection processes to ensure all products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory and internal requirements.
Equipment reliability: maintaining and troubleshooting inspection equipment to ensure consistent operational readiness and minimise disruptions.
Qualifications & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a quality‑focused role or with a STEM degree in lieu of professional work experience.
Food safety certifications (e.g., HACCP) and quality systems certifications (e.g., ISO or ASQ) are a plus.
Basic computer skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Hiring salary range: $30.07 per hour.
