As fresh opportunities bloom this season, we're looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to help ensure every batch of pasta meets the highest standards of quality and food safety. If you're detail-oriented, enjoy hands‑on work, and are ready to grow your career in food manufacturing, we'd love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Perform inspections, audits, and in‑process checks to ensure food safety and compliance
Collect samples and conduct lab tests, including cook quality, dimensions, coding, and more
Monitor sanitation practices, GMPs, and foreign material controls
Review records and release (or hold) product based on results
Investigate quality issues and support corrective actions
Partner with production teams to keep quality rooted in every step of the process
What You’ll Bring
At least 1 year of laboratory experience (food manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required)
Strong attention to detail and a hands‑on approach
Basic math skills and comfort working with data
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
A proactive mindset focused on problem‑solving and continuous improvement
Schedule: Sunday‑Thursday 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm
Pay $21.53 per hour
