Position Summary: This position is responsible for processing customer purchase orders, maintaining internal and customer systems, and providing commercial administrative sales support within the Business Unit. The role collaborates with the sales team, supports pricing development on change control, achieves annual sales task targets, and measures customer performance using the Customer Preference Matrix. Additionally, the incumbent develops internal and external relationships with front‑line purchasing, quality, and other customer functions. Primary Responsibilities
Maintain and control BLCP (back‑log cycle plan) documents. Track market share, competitor allocations, average price by commodity, global revenue, and total addressable market. Maintain competitor information, average price information, market share for CS and competitors, and global market revenue for fluids within BLCP files. Campfire price maintenance and index validation. Ensure pricing volume platform harmonization with BLCP and validate all price bump charts. Process customer purchase orders and customer bump charts. Provide administrative support in the Business Unit, including conducting complex analysis of commercial data. Drive best practices and improvements to commercial systems. Process production and/or service piece price and tooling purchase orders. Support annual budget review with full price confirmation across all part numbers in Campfire. Maintain a master list of indices on all saleable part numbers with customers. Support Account Managers in maintaining the full long‑range plan (LRP) forecast in Campfire with accurate program and part information. Support TS review audit of sales processes. Learn, understand, and execute within internal systems and procedures such as Windchill, PDMLink, enterProj, AutoQuote, Net New Business, Vanguard, Sales Release (ST1), WERS, TeamCenter, SharePoint, and Teams. Create and maintain necessary sales reports (e.g., bar charts, AM reports, CF) and provide data, charts, graphs, and support for PPTs. Perform other duties as assigned. Education and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (high preference in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing). 1–3 years of experience in sales, purchasing, cost estimating, finance, customer relations/support, or administration. Automotive experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with systems used for data and file entry, task management, and queries. Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets to summarize large quantities of data, use of pivot tables, etc. Ability to solve complex problems and present new perspectives using existing solutions. Strong communication skills and professionalism when interacting with customers, plant personnel, and cross‑functional teams. Willingness and ability to travel as necessary. Work Environment / Work Conditions
Professional office environment. Personnel must wear appropriate personal protection equipment while on the manufacturing floor. Travel to manufacturing facilities or customer locations may be required. Equipment usage requires proper training to avoid injury. Position Type
