Location Hybrid | Aurora, IL
We are looking for a Sales Analyst to drive sales growth at our growing company. You will work closely with field sales teams and senior leadership to identify performance drivers, monitor trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies. This role is ideal for a business-minded analyst who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, communicating insights clearly, and influencing commercial decisions. While technical skills are important, we are especially seeking candidates with strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and the ability to connect data to strategy.
Responsibilities
Analyze sales trends and key performance indicators, identifying performance drivers and communicating results and insights to the Senior Management Team
Perform channel and customer-level analysis to support strategic decision‑making
Proactively monitor sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
Partner with Sales Vice Presidents and Region Directors to complete the quarterly business review process for Senior Management
Conduct financial modelling and analysis for customer pricing proposals
Support forecasting, budgeting, and promotion tracking initiatives
Effectively communicate findings by adapting communication style to different audiences
About You
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
3–5 years of relevant business-facing analytical experience
Strong ability to translate data into actionable business insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven self‑starter with curiosity to understand performance drivers
A minimum of 200 Mb/sec download and 10 Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
This role's pay range is between: $70K to $85K. This role is also commission eligible/bonus eligible.
