experienced HVAC Technicians
interested in sharing their industry knowledge as an HVAC Instructor in a
part-time evening
capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands on professional ready to make an impact by training the next generation of skilled HVAC technicians in our modern labs and shops. What You'll Do Instruct and mentor students in HVAC repair, maintenance, and installation Deliver hands on training in a shop based learning environment Share real world industry experience and best practices Build strong rapport with students and support their technical growth What We're Looking For Solid hands on experience working with a variety of HVAC systems EPA Certification (required) Comfortable speaking in front of groups with an engaging, professional presence Passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing No prior teaching experience required If you're ready to give back to the trade and shape future HVAC professionals and stay connected to the industry - we'd love to hear from you. Rosedale meets regularly with our own Program Advisory Board Committees. Based on their valuable feedback, we continue to grow our programs so that our graduates remain in demand.
