Über
Develop and implement curriculum and instructional materials for CNA training programs. Deliver engaging classroom and clinical instruction to CNA students. Assess student performance through examinations, skills testing, and practical evaluations. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing nursing assistant training. Collaborate with healthcare staff to provide students with relevant clinical experiences. Support students' professional and personal development throughout the program.
Requirements
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Experience as a CNA and/or in instructing CNA programs preferred. Strong knowledge of nursing assistant duties, state regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage classroom and clinical environments effectively. Passion for teaching and developing healthcare professionals.
