Responsibilities Manage and maintain property listings across platforms including CoStar, LoopNet, View the Space, and Hightower Design. Produce marketing materials such as property flyers, brochures, presentations, and pitch decks. Create professional client deliverables including market surveys, tour books, competitive analyses, and proposals. Conduct market research to support business development and client engagement initiatives. Prepare transaction documents such as Requests for Proposals, Letters of Intent, renewal correspondence, and leasing status reports. Coordinate and support industry events, client meetings, open houses, and networking functions. Update and maintain the Contact Relationship Management (CRM) database to ensure accurate tracking of prospects, clients, and transaction pipeline. Distribute marketing campaigns via email and other channels to targeted audiences. Process and track broker expense reports in compliance with JLL Travel & Entertainment policy. Provide administrative support including scheduling, document preparation, printing, binding, and conference room setup. Support broker technology needs and coordinate travel arrangements. Manage general office operations to ensure seamless day‑to‑day functionality. Qualifications Required Minimum 1+ years of experience providing administrative or operational support to multiple professionals, preferably in commercial real estate, professional services, or a related industry. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software platforms and JLL's proprietary systems. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with ability to create and edit marketing materials. Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively. Resourceful, proactive, and detail‑oriented with a continuous learning mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong proofreading and editing abilities. High level of discretion when handling confidential information. Experience leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity. Positive attitude with flexibility to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Experience with design tools, CRM platforms, and real estate listing databases. Passion for learning and adapting to technology, including AI tools. Visa Sponsorship This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
