This is an outside sales position going business-to-business in your community, sharing our supplemental insurance products that offer a unique return-of-premium feature to provide our clients peace of mind.

Your Role as a Junior Sales Representative:
Build relationships with clients and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Represent industry‑leading supplemental insurance products with confidence and integrity.
Participate in training to sharpen your skills and improve your sales techniques.

Qualifications We’re Looking For:
A strong work ethic and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A willingness to obtain a Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement available).
A bachelor's degree or 5+ years of post‑high school professional experience (exceptions made for specialized sales backgrounds).

Job Type:
Full‑time
Pay:
$65,000.00 - 85,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed
