Key Responsibilities As an Entry‑Level Marketing & Sales Assistant, you will play an active role in supporting both marketing initiatives and client‑facing sales efforts:
Assist in coordinating and executing marketing and sales campaigns for local clients
Participate in face‑to‑face client interactions to understand needs and present tailored solutions
Support the sales team with administrative tasks including proposals, follow‑ups, and tracking progress
Build and maintain positive client relationships through consistent communication
Conduct basic market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities
Maintain accurate records using internal systems and assist with reporting and scheduling
Help organize events, promotional activities, and outreach efforts
Collaborate with team members to contribute ideas for improving campaign performance and client engagement
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to work on‑site, and have reliable transportation in Houston, TX
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
Comfortable working in a team environment and interacting with clients
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or marketing is helpful but not required
