HR Generalist / Employee Relations

Location: SeaTac, WA (In Office)

Schedule: Monday – Friday / 8:00am to 5:00pm 

Pay: $24.00/hour

We have a GREAT OPPORTUNITY for an HR Generalist to help support our location in SeaTac, WA. This position is responsible for assisting the Employee Relations Manager with various tasks such as investigations, coaching and counseling sessions, union grievances, terminations and provides administrative support to the team.

Qualifications: 

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must have reliable means of communication & transportation.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the USA.
  • Must have the ability to read, speak and write English.
  • Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have at least 1 year of HR experience with employee relations experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Detail orientated and good organizational skills. 
  • Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug and background.
