The Opportunity
We are collaborating with multiple companies in Whitehall seeking experienced Facilities Managers. These organizations value long-term fit and are looking for professionals who bring both skill and alignment. By joining our network, you gain access to opportunities tailored to your goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment and infrastructure.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Manage facility budgets, including capital expenditures and operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors for specialized services.
- Optimize space utilization and manage facility expansion projects.
- Implement and maintain a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience managing facility maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance in manufacturing.
- Experience with CMMS software for work order management and preventive maintenance.
Bonus Qualifications
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) implementation or optimization.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles applied to facilities management.
- Certification in a relevant field (e.g., CFM, FMP, Six Sigma Green Belt).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software for space planning and system documentation.
- Demonstrated success in energy efficiency initiatives or sustainability programs.
