Responsibilities Prospect and generate leads: Identify potential customers through various channels, including door knocking, networking, and referrals. Engage with customers: Initiate conversations, build rapport, and educate customers about our products and services. Conduct product demonstrations: Present the features, benefits, and value propositions of our offerings to potential customers. Close sales: Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain customer relationships: Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any concerns or inquiries. Stay up-to-date: Continuously expand your knowledge of our products, industry trends, and sustainable practices. Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer availability. Basic computer skills: Proficiency in using email, web-based applications, and CRM systems. Compensation As an independent contractor (1099), your compensation will be commission-based. This structure provides you with the opportunity to earn uncapped income based on your sales performance. Additionally, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and work independently.
