Role Description Danini Menswear is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Representative to cover the state of Texas. This is a contract, commission-based position for a motivated sales professional who is comfortable working independently, traveling to stores, and developing new business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our wholesale presence by visiting retailers, presenting the collection, and bringing new accounts on board. The role requires regular travel, strong communication with the head office in Mississauga, and the ability to represent the brand at trade shows and customer meetings.
This position is ideal for someone with menswear or apparel sales experience who enjoys being on the road and building long-term relationships with retailers.
Responsibilities
Visit menswear stores, boutiques, and golf shops within the assigned territory
Present the Danini Menswear collections to potential and existing customers
Open new wholesale accounts and grow the customer base
Maintain strong relationships with current retailers
Attend and exhibit at trade shows when required
Prospect new clients through driving, cold calls, emails, and networking
Work independently while maintaining regular communication with the head office in Mississauga, Canada
Meet agreed sales targets and territory goals
Provide market feedback and customer insights to the company
Qualifications
Previous experience in menswear, apparel, or wholesale fashion sales required
Strong ability to sell in person and build retailer relationships
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to travel frequently within Texas (Even if not from Texas)
Valid driver’s license required
Experience exhibiting at trade shows is an asset
Ability to generate new business without constant supervision
Professional presentation and strong knowledge of men’s fashion preferred
