Role Overview As the second senior sales hire in the US market, you will have an opportunity to shape our go‑to‑market presence, build a strategic pipeline, win high‑value customers, and set the standard for growth across the USA.
Key Responsibilities
Consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through a mix of quick wins and long‑term strategic deals.
Build and maintain a high‑quality pipeline of opportunities across the US, keeping Salesforce as a single source of truth.
Develop strong relationships with decision‑makers and influencers in the food distribution and hospitality industry.
Own core sales outcomes: pipeline velocity, enterprise account growth, and recurring revenue targets.
Act as a trusted voice of the customer, providing structured feedback to inform product evolution.
Represent Fresho’s mission with authenticity and passion, demonstrating how our platform transforms businesses.
Lead businesses through the full buying journey—discovery, consultative solution selling, contract negotiation, and hand‑over to onboarding.
Apply a solution‑led approach, positioning Fresho’s platform to solve industry pain points.
Analyze sales data regularly to refine strategy and improve pipeline velocity.
Partner closely with SDRs to shape prospecting strategies and provide coaching and feedback.
Act as a senior contributor within the sales team, sharing best practices and raising the bar.
Qualifications
Solution‑sales experience: 5+ years in a BDM, Account Executive, or similar quota‑carrying closing role in B2B SaaS, technology, or another complex solution‑sales environment.
In‑field sales experience: Demonstrated success in face‑to‑face, territory‑based, or field‑sales roles, building relationships on‑site and closing deals in‑person.
Pipeline management: Skilled in prospecting, qualification, demand generation, and accurate forecasting in Salesforce or similar CRM.
Executive‑level communication: Commercial acumen and data‑driven approach to pipeline management and sales strategy.
Tech‑savvy: Experience using CRMs, Google Workspace, Trello, Slack, and the ability to quickly adopt our product.
Travel and flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the US for customer meetings, industry events, and in‑person sales activity; valid driver’s license.
NY/NJ candidates: Capable of working in a hybrid model from our Brooklyn HQ.
