Role- IT Desktop Support Hourly – USD 25.00 /hr Onsite position / Local Candidates only Location - 350 Orchard Ave NE, North Canton, OH 44720 Contract End Date - 3/5/2026 Job Summary Qualifications: Professional education in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in a support role Experience supporting and assessing multi-vendor solutions Experience working within multi-disciplinary teams in a complex project setting Experience engaging with a variety of stakeholders including senior executives Good communication skills – both written and verbal Strong attention to detail Support Windows operating systems and corporate image installation and maintenance M365 management/troubleshooting, including (Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel and Bit locker Management) Maintain high level of professionalism Understanding of Exchange, Unified Communications, Active Directory, SCCM, Windows, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, MS Office, Web applications and emerging technologies. Preferred Qualifications Professional appearance and demeanor with team player attitude Comfort and ease interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization.
